Built by someone who watched hundreds of shops lose the same jobs.
TradeLynQ didn’t come out of a software company. It came out of the kitchen & bath industry — a construction family with 36 years in the trade, and a national cabinet distributor — watching great shops slip deals between the estimate and the signature.
A kitchen remodel isn’t won on the first call. It’s won over the two or three weeks of measuring, designing, quoting, and following up — and that’s exactly where a busy shop loses it. A lead goes cold because nobody replied for a day. A quote never gets sent because the measurements are in a notebook in someone’s truck.
I come from the trade — my family has run a construction business for 36 years — and I went on to lead TrulyHome, a national kitchen cabinet distributor, sitting on the supply side of thousands of these jobs. Dealer after dealer lost work that should have closed — not on price, but on a follow-up that never happened, or a quote stuck behind measurements in someone’s truck. The tools meant to help were either built for every trade at once — generic CRMs bent to fit — or they only kicked in after the deal was already signed. Nothing was built for the part that actually decides whether a shop eats: the sell.
So we built the thing those shops needed. One place that carries a kitchen & bath job from the first inquiry to a signed deposit — measurements, designs, proposals, follow-up, and payment — without anything falling through the cracks in between.
Kitchen & bath only. On purpose.
Everyone else sells software to “contractors” — one product stretched across roofers, plumbers, landscapers, and remodelers, fitting none of them well.
We went the other way. Every screen, every stage, every default assumes you sell kitchens and baths: room measurements, design renders, selections, the way a $40k remodel actually closes. That focus is the whole advantage — and we’re not diluting it.
The principles the product is built on
Focus beats breadth
One trade, done properly, will always beat a generic tool stretched across ten.
The AI drafts, you decide
It writes and can answer, but it never touches pricing, scope, or anything sensitive on its own.
One system, not ten tabs
Lead to deposit in a single place — no CRM-plus-forms-plus-designer-plus-payments duct tape.
Built with our shops, still growing
We’re early and honest about it. The roadmap is whatever helps you sell the next job — and it keeps expanding, from the sell today toward the supply side we came from.
A note from me“I’ve spent my life around construction sites — the family trade, the dealers, the shops. I know the late quotes, the leads that go cold, the design that takes too long, and how much of your day gets eaten before you ever win the job. TradeLynQ is built to give that time back — to make your shop look as sharp as the work you do, and to win you more of the jobs you’re already chasing. That’s the whole point. I’d be honored to have it on your next one.”
