Terms of Service

The agreement

These terms are between you (or the company you represent) and TradeLynq LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. By creating an account you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you are confirming you are allowed to.

The free trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. We take a payment card when you sign up. It is not charged during the trial. The card verifies you are a real business; it is the least intrusive spam control we have found.

If you do nothing, the subscription begins on day 8 at the price of the plan you chose. Cancel any time before then and you are charged nothing at all. You cancel yourself, from your billing settings. You do not have to ask us, email us, or sit through a retention call.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, to the card on file. Prices are those published on our pricing page at the time you subscribe. If we change a price, the change applies to new subscriptions; yours keeps the price you signed at until you change plan.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Sales tax or VAT is added where the law requires it.

A failed payment does not delete anything. We will retry, and tell you.

Changing plans

Change plan at any time, up or down. Changes take effect immediately and prorate on your next invoice.

Moving up to Pro or Scale grants AI Autopilot — but does not switch it on. Nobody’s AI starts talking to their customers because they paid us more. You turn it on when you are ready.

Moving down to Starter switches Autopilot off, because Starter does not include it. The AI Assistant keeps drafting. It is included in every plan and you will never lose it because of a plan change — only its permission to send on its own.

Design credits

Each plan includes a number of design credits every month. One credit is one design request, with two revisions, delivered by our design partners — typically within 72 hours.

Your plan’s monthly credits reset at the start of each calendar month and do not roll over. Credits you buy in a pack are yours until you use them; they never expire, and they survive a plan change.

Credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once a design has been requested against them.

Phone and messaging usage

Phone numbers, calls and messages are billed on usage, at the rates shown inside the product before you provision a number. You can see your current usage at any time in your billing settings.

We do not publish those rates on this website, because our carrier’s rates change and a stale number on a marketing page is worse than no number at all. The rate you see in the app is the rate you pay.

Acceptable use

Do not use TradeLynQ to send unsolicited bulk messages, to harass anyone, to break the law, or to send messages the recipient has asked you to stop sending. Telephone and messaging regulations apply to you, not to us, and they are strict. We provide the opt-out plumbing; you have to honour it.

Do not attempt to access another company’s workspace, probe our systems, or resell the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that is causing harm. Where we can warn you first, we will.

The AI Assistant

The AI drafts. You are responsible for what is sent from your account, whether a person pressed the button or Autopilot did. It refuses to handle pricing, scope, complaints, approvals and cancellations, and escalates them to a human — that behaviour cannot be switched off, by you or by us.

It is software. It will occasionally be wrong. Read what it writes before you trust it with a customer, and keep Autopilot off until its drafts have been consistently good for a while.

Your data

Your data is yours. We claim no ownership of your leads, measurements, proposals, designs or messages. You grant us only the licence we need to host and process them so the product works.

You can export it whenever you like. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and how long we keep it.

Cancellation

Cancel from your billing settings, at any time, without talking to anyone. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund a partial month, and we do not bill you for another one.

We may terminate an account for a material breach of these terms, or with 30 days’ notice for any reason, refunding any unused prepaid period.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to keep the service running and correct, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law does not let us disclaim. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost jobs.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email the account owner before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, cancel, and we will refund any unused prepaid period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
